Kyle Davis
Owner/Operator
After graduating from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology in 2012. He spent the next 8 years in private-practice physical therapy as he grew from direct patient care to administration, then to marketing and eventually senior VP until 2020 when he began The Pursuit to serve a greater purpose to his family and community.
Kyle lives in North Phoenix, AZ and enjoys golf, networking and personal development.
Justin Martens
General Manager
A native of Arizona, Justin grew up in the East Valley and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Arizona State University in 2014. His professional experience as an project manager, team leader and detail-oriented engineer made him a perfect fit to run The Pursuit as General Manager since 2022.
Justin lives in San Tan Valley, AZ with his wife Caitlyn, son Maddox and daughter Isla. He passionate about golf, the Cubs and fatherhood.
